Summer Course on IP & Sustainability

The Summer Course on Intellectual Property & Sustainability of NOVA School of Law is back, for the 2025 edition!

The course will take place from 1 to 10 September, online, from 17h00 to 19h00, with in-person activities for those in Lisbon on the 11th.

As the name announces, it's a course fully dedicated to the intriguing and crucial relationship between IP and sustainable development. 

I’m honored to be contributing to Session 5, which will focus on Copyright Law and Sustainability. My talk will examine the issue of Copyright and access to critical informational resources.
